About the Role:

Lyst is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Enrichment Specialist to join our Product Moderation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enriching our inventory catalog with high-quality product data, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual categorization and duplication of new incoming products
  • Updating shipping and returns information
  • Promotions support
  • Supporting information being cascaded from partners
  • Building and maintaining tooling to support these processes
  • Uploading and maintaining accurate information for our partners
  • Collaborating with the Offside team in Manila to ensure seamless data exchange

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a target-driven environment, preferably in data annotation, content moderation, data entry, or customer service
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach and attitude
  • Keen attention to detail and high organizational skills
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, quality, and process excellence
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus
