About the Role

This is a full-time position within the Data Discovery and Enrichment Organisation at Butterworths Limited Company. As a Data Expert Lead for AI Projects, you will oversee a team of data experts and interact closely with product managers and development team members to define scope and lead execution of AI projects.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Data Discovery and Enrichment Experts
  • Driving AI project results
  • Performing advanced legal research and analysis
  • Advancing best practices in training data and relevance evaluations
  • Collaborating with internal partners
  • Communicating complex information

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister
  • Advanced professional legal experience
  • Competent in advanced legal research and writing
  • Professional experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring
  • Natural problem solver
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Lead complex projects
  • Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing technologies
