Lead Data Discovery and Enrichment Specialist

As a Lead Data Discovery and Enrichment professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of Data Discovery and Enrichment Experts. You will interact closely with product managers and development team members to define scope and lead execution of AI projects. Your expertise in the legal domain will be crucial in driving insights and recommendations to the business that are critical to creating the best features and products for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Data Discovery and Enrichment Experts
- Being the primary driver of Data Discovery and Enrichment projects and results
- Performing advanced legal research and analysis
- Advancing best practices in the creation and maintenance of training data and relevance evaluations
- Collaborating with internal partners across a variety of different roles
- Communicating complex information to diverse audiences
- Leading presentations for internal stakeholders
- Advocating for Responsible AI
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with advanced professional legal experience
- Be competent in advanced legal research and writing
- Experience of managing, coaching, and mentoring
- Have a customer-centric mindset
- Be able to lead highly complex projects
- Have an intermediate understanding of machine learning and natural language processing technologies
- Have significant experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and other similar programs
