  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and helping with meals
  • Be a friend and champion for our residents, promoting their dignity and independence
  • Communicate effectively, take on responsibility, and keep accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care

About You:

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
