Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our specialist nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients, including those with complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including those with complex medical conditions.
  • Work closely with specialist nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and record client vital signs and medical conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 months of previous Tracheostomy care experience.
  • Enhanced DBS and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility on travel and ability to work varied shifts.
