About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients with complex care needs, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation care
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of our clients
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field, with a focus on complex care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
