About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Hampden Hall Care Centre. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and helping with meals
  • Be a friend and advocate for our residents, championing their dignity and independence
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

About You:

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
