About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant at Hampden Hall Care Centre in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and helping with meals.
  • Champion residents' dignity and independence, promoting their autonomy and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, prioritizing workload and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
