Position Overview

This diversity allows you to engage with all facets of pension administration within a single organization, utilizing automated processes, bulk processing routines, and your manual calculation abilities, while also participating in a variety of innovative projects that often lead the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of client assignments while maintaining our high-quality standards.
  • Assume ownership and accountability, overseeing work distribution to meet service levels.
  • Lead complex projects and initiatives as necessary.
  • Promote best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.

  • Support and nurture client relationships as appropriate.
