Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing pension administration tasks with precision and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients and members through various communication channels, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Delivering a consistent and high-quality experience to all clients and members.
  • Addressing straightforward inquiries and requests by adhering to established protocols.
  • Recognizing and escalating potential concerns and complaints to the appropriate channels.
  • Following the established complaints procedure and promptly informing the Senior Administrator.
  • Overseeing workflow to ensure that service levels are consistently met.
  • Performing accurate manual calculations as required.
  • Supporting the team with complex projects and tasks as necessary.
  • Providing efficient and professional service tailored to the needs of clients and members.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the pension schemes we manage.
  • Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and communicating these insights to the Senior Administrator or Team Leader.
