Pensions Administration Supervisor

As a Team Leader at WTW, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and expanding pension administration sector. Your leadership will ensure that you and your team deliver exceptional service to our distinguished clientele, which includes some of the most respected global organizations in the market.
At WTW, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise across a diverse range of clients, managing pension schemes that vary from simple to intricate, serving member populations from hundreds to hundreds of thousands. This role allows you to engage with every facet of pensions administration within a single organization, leveraging automated processes, bulk processing routines, and your manual calculation skills, while also participating in a wide array of projects that are often at the leading edge of the industry.
In your capacity as a manager of a team of Administrators, you will be tasked with ensuring a professional and high-quality service is provided to our clients and their members. This will be achieved through a continuous schedule of objectives and the ongoing development of your team.
