Your Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create detailed designs for tooling and equipment used in the manufacture of composite components.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to design, supply, and operational teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Actively participate in research and development programs, contributing to the advancement of composite tooling technologies.
  • Offer on-the-ground technical assistance to production teams, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness within the tooling department.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials Science, Production Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of composite component tool design and manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.
