An exceptional opportunity has emerged to become a part of the St Barts Breast Cancer team. We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Breast Cancer CNS team in a fixed-term role. This position offers comprehensive training and development, along with the chance to advance within your career while receiving robust support from both surgical and oncology divisions.

Main Responsibilities

· Function as an independent practitioner, efficiently coordinating and delivering a specialized nursing service in Breast Cancer.

· Manage a patient caseload, ensuring a high standard of evidence-based nursing, oncological care, and discharge planning.

· Provide thorough clinical and social support to ensure patients and their families are well-informed and supported.

· Lead the advancement of evidence-based clinical nursing practices in accordance with current research and guidelines.

· Establish effective communication channels within the specialty team to ensure cohesive multidisciplinary patient management.

· Take a leadership role in the operational development of both inpatient and outpatient services for patients with lung cancer.

· Offer expert guidance and leadership to all team members.
