Our People and Organisational Development (POD) team is committed to supporting a diverse and evolving organization. As our Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Your affinity for structure will help you maintain efficient HR workflows, utilizing your organizational talents to enhance our processes.
  • With a strong aptitude for data management, you will ensure the integrity of our HR systems and actively contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • As a key point of contact for our staff, you will be service-oriented and possess experience in delivering exceptional support.
About The Role
You will collaborate with our POD team and colleagues throughout the organization to cultivate a positive, supportive, and inclusive work atmosphere.

Your daily responsibilities will include welcoming new team members, managing employee records, and assisting staff with various inquiries. From providing initial guidance to processing employment modifications and supporting our specialized Business Partners, no two days will be alike.
