Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Dietitian to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a Community Dietitian, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dietetic services to adults in the Wandsworth area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.
  • Manage a mixed caseload including nutrition support, IBS, diabetes, and weight management.
  • Work closely with the acute dietetics department to ensure safe discharge and community follow-up.
Working with Our Team

You will be supervised by a Band 7 Specialist Community Dietitian and have the opportunity to work with other specialist Community Dietitians to develop your skills in nutrition support, home enteral feeding, and diabetes.

Requirements
  • BSc Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • HCPC Registered
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
