Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Dietitian to join our team at the Transformation Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver a mixed caseload including nutrition support, IBS, diabetes, and weight management
  • Work closely with the acute dietetics department to ensure safe discharge and community follow-up
  • Develop skills in nutrition support, home enteral feeding, and diabetes
Requirements
  • Postgraduate experience in general dietetics
  • Desirable experience in community/primary care setting
  • HCPC Registered
  • Evidence of CPD
