Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Dietitian to join our team at St George's Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.
  • Manage a mixed caseload including nutrition support, IBS, diabetes, and weight management.
  • Visit patients in their own homes as part of a general domiciliary caseload.
  • Work closely with the acute dietetics department at St George's Hospital to ensure safe discharge and community follow-up.
  • Develop skills in nutrition support, home enteral feeding, and diabetes management.
About the Role

This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours available. The team is located at St John's Therapy Centre, in a convenient location near Clapham Junction in Battersea.

Requirements
  • BSc Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • HCPC Registered.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • General postgraduate experience of working in NHS acute and/or community dietetic services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
