ERP Technical Delivery Analyst

At Serco, we are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Delivery Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our ERP technical delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our ERP projects and the ongoing support of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust governance framework for the ERP function, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
  • Ensure seamless operations of critical stakeholder engagement platforms, including SAP and other non-SAP systems.
  • Support business initiatives to adopt optimal solutions, including the use of innovative platforms and technologies.
  • Define and document the technical architecture and strategy for our ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Administer crucial control artifacts and strategies for servers, integrations, and developments, ensuring technical debt is minimized.
  • Manage the accuracy and currency of technical debt/spend forecasts, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Support supplier license optimization, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Deliver high-quality BAU services, including patch management, audits, and incident handling.
  • Contribute to effective problem management, resolving technical problems and delivering functional solutions.
  • Play a key role in ensuring effective program and project delivery, including technical components of individual programs and projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience of SAP technical platforms, acquired through + years of experience developing and supporting corporations on their SAP architecture approach and delivery.
  • Broad SAP function awareness and understanding, including SAP Basis, SAP ABAP, SAP PI/PO, and functional awareness of AP/AR/OTC/O2C/PTP/P2P/RTR/SD/HR/Payroll.
  • Understanding of industry standards, latest products, and best practices.
  • Evidence of working in a transformational program using SAP would be advantageous.
  • Experience in working with non-SAP and SAP partner products to deliver solutions.
  • Experience in working with offshore/outsourced system integrator relationships to provide both Business as Usual and Project Delivery would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience, to explain risks, issues, solutions, etc. to non-technical teams.
