At Serco, we are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Delivery Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our ERP technical team, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting the technical elements of our ERP projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and support the technical elements of ERP projects, including the design and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of ERP systems, including the management of technical debt and the implementation of technical solutions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects and the ongoing operation of ERP systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and other documentation as required.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to business stakeholders, including the development of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience of SAP technical platforms, including SAP Basis, SAP ABAP, SAP PI/PO, and other SAP functions.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, latest products, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of working in a transformational programme using SAP, with a strong understanding of the technical and business implications of such programmes.
  • Experience of working with non-SAP and SAP partner products to deliver solutions.
  • Experience of working with offshore/outsourced system integrator relationships to provide both Business as Usual and Project Delivery.
