Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and support the technical elements of ERP projects, including the design and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of ERP systems, including the management of technical debt and the implementation of technical solutions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects and the ongoing operation of ERP systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and other documentation as required.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to business stakeholders, including the provision of training and support to ensure the effective use of ERP systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience of SAP technical platforms, including SAP Basis, SAP ABAP, SAP PI/PO, and other related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, latest products, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
