ERP Technical Delivery Analyst

At Serco, we are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Delivery Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our ERP technical team, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting the technical elements of our ERP projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and support the technical elements of ERP projects, including the design and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of ERP systems, including the management of technical debt and the implementation of technical solutions to improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects and the ongoing operation of ERP systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and system documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to business stakeholders, including the development of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP technical platforms, including SAP Basis, SAP ABAP, and SAP PI/PO.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, latest products, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering technical solutions and improving system performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
