We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator & EA to Managing Director to join our team at the National Theatre. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: 18-month fixed-term contract
- Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, and invoice processing
- Ensure the office runs efficiently, managing day-to-day operations and implementing administrative processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Head of General Management
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Contribute to the development of the National Theatre's administrative systems and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management and administration, including diary management, travel arrangements, and invoice processing
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Interest in and understanding of the theatre sector and the National Theatre
