We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. As a key member of our professional services firm, you will be responsible for managing HR processes end to end, running HR projects, and advising HR partners on legislations and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage HR processes and projects to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
- Provide expert advice to HR partners on employment law and regulations
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve exceptional results
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in HR Advisory or Management within a professional services firm
- Experience in managing or mentoring a team of HR professionals
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
