Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise the comprehensive deployment of cloud-based software systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, WFM, Payroll).
  • Spearhead software migration initiatives to guarantee smooth transitions and integrations.
  • Oversee daily operations of cloud software platforms such as Dayforce, Blink, Access Suite, etc.
  • Design and execute automation workflows and application integration strategies.
  • Apply change management frameworks (Agile) to facilitate seamless project transitions.
  • Ensure thorough IT solution deployment, meeting project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Recognize and mitigate risks linked to software deployment and migration efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain their needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Utilize innovative problem-solving methods to navigate project challenges.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and provide training materials to promote successful software adoption.
  • Execute configuration and testing of software systems to align with client specifications.
  • Offer system maintenance and support, focusing on configuration and optimization.
  • Generate reports and perform analytics to track project advancement and software efficiency.
  • Maintain advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any emerging issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to foster innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in software deployment and project execution.
  • Practical experience with HRIS, ATS, WFM, and payroll solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in managing cloud-based software systems (e.g., Blink, Access Suite, Dayforce).
  • Strong grasp of automation workflows and application integration techniques.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (Agile).
  • Exceptional project management and delivery capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT solution deployment processes.
  • Strong risk management skills.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in user training and instructional delivery.
  • Proficient in software system configuration and testing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Capability in system maintenance and support.

  • Advanced skills in reporting and analytics.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel.

Professional Certifications:

  • Project Management Certification (Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Scrum Foundation or Scrum Master Certification (desirable).
