Job OverviewPosition Summary
As a key member of the production team, the Production Line Supervisor will report directly to the Shift Manager. This role is essential in ensuring that production lines operate efficiently and adhere to established product specifications, as well as company standards related to Hygiene, Safety, Quality, Quantity, and Cost. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading, guiding, and supporting General Operatives within the team. Collaborating closely with the Management Team, the Supervisor will oversee the productivity and effectiveness of the team while ensuring the quality of the products manufactured.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enhance Production Line Performance - Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

• Uphold Production Line Standards in Quality, Safety, and Operational Processes.

• Foster Employee Performance and Development.

• Align with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

• Assist the Room Leader and manage shift operations effectively.
Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene, safety protocols, HACCP, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance systems.

• Results-oriented with a proven ability to enhance departmental performance.

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a focus on driving performance and team development.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan workloads to meet operational deadlines.

• Proven leadership qualities, with confidence and accountability in decision-making.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with proficiency in computer operations and software.

• Ability to cultivate effective working relationships across all departments.
