Restaurant Supervisor

**Are you focused with an ability to motivate and drive a team to success? We are looking for a dedicated supervisor to lead our restaurant team.**

About the team:
Our in-store restaurant offers high-quality snacks, light meals, and refreshments to our customers 7 days a week. Working as part of the restaurant team you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers whilst ensuring departmental targets are achieved as well as hygiene standards.

About the role:

- Ensuring all EHO requirements are achieved.
- Maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and high standards.
- Support and assist customers with their queries.
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and issue daily tasks to the team.
- Provide support to other members of the team.

About you:

- Previous food & beverage supervisory experience in a similar environment is essential.
- Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering a high standard of service and able to build rapport with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope well under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and cope well under pressure.
