JOB SPECIFICATION

Key Tasks Role Overview
Supervisors have the exciting task of leading the team to have a
- Drive customer service excellence by establishing genuine customer connections and making every moment right, role modelling these successful shift You will be interacting with customers, preparing behaviours to the team and providing coaching when needed our hand-crafted beverages and keeping your store clean and well
- Maintain strong Starbucks product knowledge to best advise our presented. All this whilst also ensuring we remain safe and legal at customers and the team all times, deploying baristas to roles and delegating tasks.
- Create hand crafted hot and cold beverages to the Starbucks brand standards and monitoring the standards of those made by the team
- Taking customer orders and entering them accurately into the tills, Following the direction of your Store Manager you’ll be passionate both face to face and over the drive thru headsets about leading the best experience and highest brand standards.
- Suggestive selling to every customer to ensure they are offered items to further compliment their order
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards at the Why join The Magic Bean Co? required times and accurately recorded
- Resolving customer issues to ensure everyone leaves delighted
- Follow all Food Safety, Health & Safety, Allergen and Brand training **Work in a fun and friendly team environment including dress code at all times ** Fantastic on and off shift discounts
- Ensuring baristas also follow their training and are safe at all times **Competitions and incentives such as Partner of the Month**:

- Manage any incidents on your shifts including completing report forms Exciting training and career development opportunities and escalating as needed
- Take the lead on any statutory visits during your shifts such as environmental health officers and brand auditors
- Support your Store Manager to deliver your store targets and complete tasks such as ordering, inventory counts, training and About You reporting
- Maintaining a safe environment and reporting any concerns to the **You might already have supervisory experience, or be ready for**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
