Execute configuration and testing of software systems to align with client specifications. Offer system maintenance and support, focusing on configuration and optimization. Generate analytical reports to track project advancement and software efficacy. Maintain advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Work alongside cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Demonstrated experience in software deployment and project management. Practical experience with HRIS, ATS, WFM, and payroll systems is highly preferred. Proficient in managing cloud-based software solutions (e.g., Blink, Access Suite, Dayforce). Strong grasp of automation workflows and application integration methodologies. Expertise in change management (Agile methodologies). Exceptional project management and delivery capabilities. Comprehensive understanding of IT solution implementation processes. Strong risk management skills. Effective stakeholder engagement abilities. Creative problem-solving skills. Experience in user training and material delivery. Proficiency in software system configuration and testing. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Capability in system maintenance and support. Expertise in software configuration and optimization. Advanced skills in reporting and analytics. High-level proficiency in MS Excel.Professional Certifications:
