Requirements:
- Proven experience in software implementation and project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, WFM, and payroll products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in managing cloud-based software solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and application integration solutions.
- Expertise in change management methodologies.
- Excellent project management and delivery skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solution implementation processes.
- Strong risk management capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in user training and delivery.
- Proficiency in configuration and testing of software systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Capability in system maintenance and support.
- Expertise in configuration and optimization of software solutions.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.
Professional Certifications:
- Project Management Certification (Prince2 or equivalent).
- Scrum Foundation or Scrum Master Certification (desirable).
