Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software implementation and project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, WFM, and payroll products is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in managing cloud-based software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of automation workflows and application integration solutions.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solution implementation processes.
  • Strong risk management capabilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in user training and delivery.
  • Proficiency in configuration and testing of software systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability in system maintenance and support.
  • Expertise in configuration and optimization of software solutions.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

Professional Certifications:

  • Project Management Certification (Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Scrum Foundation or Scrum Master Certification (desirable).
