Job Overview
TPF Recruitment is proud to partner with a prestigious top 100 accountancy firm in search of a seasoned Outsourcing Senior. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to become part of a well-established and respected organization. We seek a proactive individual to contribute significantly to their Outsourcing division, providing exceptional service to a varied clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Client Engagement: Anticipate and address client needs, ensuring superior service delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Prepare and assess VAT returns, management accounts, consolidations, and cash flow statements.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple deadlines effectively while ensuring precision and thoroughness.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain the firm's esteemed reputation by consistently surpassing client expectations.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive and adaptable team player, skilled in navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Organizational Acumen: Naturally detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Xero, Dext, and QuickBooks.
    • In-depth VAT knowledge.
    • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts.
  • Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualifications.
    • Alternatively, qualified by experience (QBE).
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a small to medium-sized practice.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong numerical and analytical skills.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
  • Annual Leave:
    • Assistant Managers & Managers: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.
    • Other Positions: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays.
    • Up to 3 additional paid days during the Christmas closure.
  • Flexible Working:
    • While we support remote work, we also value in-person collaboration.
    • Initial office-based work for a few weeks, transitioning to a hybrid model with 3 days in the office weekly.
