TPF Recruitment is delighted to partner with a highly successful and reputable top 100 accountancy firm in their search for an experienced Outsourcing Senior.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role within their dedicated Outsourcing team, delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Client Interaction: Proactively respond to client needs, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Prepare and review VAT returns, management accounts, consolidations, and cash flows with accuracy.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple deadlines simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Service Delivery: Consistently meet and exceed client expectations, upholding the firm's reputation for excellence.
Requirements - Skills & Experience
  • Team Player: A proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and confidently manages changing priorities.
  • Organizational Skills: Naturally organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Xero, Dext, and QuickBooks expertise
  • Strong VAT knowledge
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounting.
Qualifications:
  • Studying towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Alternatively, qualified by experience (QBE).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a small/medium-sized practice.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong numeracy and analytical capabilities.
