About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Support Assistant to join our dynamic sales team in a thriving company. As the vital link for our on-the-road sales personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in your designated geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on leads to enhance customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning to optimise sales performance.
  • Organise travel routes and set appointments for the sales team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare quotes and track progress, providing necessary updates to the sales team and clients.
  • Assist with additional tasks that contribute to overall sales success.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Accurate and organised approach to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Solid understanding of IT tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Previous experience in road-based sales is beneficial for understanding the importance of this role.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary between £33,000 - £37,000, based on experience.
  • Profit share bonus scheme that rewards your contributions to the company's success.
  • Flexible working hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm with negotiable flexibility.
