Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop care plans that meet their individual requirements.
  • Assist clients with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements

We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A caring and empathetic approach to working with clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
