Contract Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contract Coordinator to join our finance department at our Upminster site. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our contract operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support contract operations, including raising purchase orders, placing supplier orders, and creating estimates.
  • Liaise with colleagues and clients to resolve queries and issues.
  • Handle large volumes of information, validating data and updating records.
  • Work at pace with speed and accuracy, using Excel to create, amend, and format data as required.
