Role Overview:
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will collaborate with our established Clinical Team to develop tailored assessment and intervention strategies for our students. Your role will involve managing a caseload while contributing to staff training and reflective practices.

Salary:
Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, plus a £3,000 car allowance.

Contract Type:
Permanent position, offering 41 weeks of work annually.

Key Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including those with complex needs.
- Proven record of professional development relevant to the role.
- Significant post-qualification experience with adults.
- Experience in teaching, lecturing, or training.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Skills and Responsibilities:
- Proficient in data management, including the collection and analysis of data to enhance service delivery and project initiatives.
- Collaborate with a nurturing team that prioritizes the well-being and development of our pupils.
