Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions to clients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients, including the use of standardized tests and measures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the client's unique needs and circumstances.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of clinical services.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs, including those with personality disorders and trauma.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
