About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Solution Architect to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering modernisation of Royal Navy Training through our Project Selborne initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver transformative solutions for training, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Lead the acceleration of the Training Transformation process, ensuring that solutions are delivered at pace via an Agile process.
- Collaborate with our Product Owner to ensure that solutions presented are coherent, ambitious, and transformative.
- Work with our Training Delivery Unit to establish priorities and areas of focus for training improvement.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preparing, presenting, and delivering solutions to clients.
- A proven track record of developing complex solutions.
- Experience of managing projects from start to finish.
- Ability to lead innovation and change.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment is beneficial.
- Must be able to undergo UK SC clearance.
