Job Summary:

Red Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customs agents and a full load haulier network to ensure prompt customs clearance and timely delivery to warehouses and customers.
  • Process shipping invoices and monitor logistics-related costs.
  • Review and verify shipping documents, maintaining communication with suppliers and customers worldwide.
  • Ensure the company secures the best prices and services from shipping lines, customs agents, hauliers, and warehouses.
  • Arrange FOB and FCA shipment bookings with shipping lines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate the complexities of global logistics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
