Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage containerized shipments from global locations.
  • Liaise with customs agents and hauliers to ensure prompt customs clearance and timely delivery.
  • Process shipping invoices and monitor logistics-related costs.
  • Review and verify shipping documents, maintaining communication with suppliers and customers worldwide.
  • Ensure the company secures the best prices and services from shipping lines, customs agents, hauliers, and warehouses.
  • Arrange FOB and FCA shipment bookings with shipping lines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a global logistics or import-export role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of import and export procedures within the UK and EU.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
