Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Content Strategist to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations and campaigns to promote our brand and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior managers to develop and execute the annual communications plan, aligning with our business strategy and goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign development, and provide insights to inform and develop campaigns that promote our brand and tackle key business issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify themes and issues that benefit from campaign support, and provide recommendations for effective communication.
  • Develop and produce plans to ensure the effective communication of campaigns to our target audience through various channels.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to colleagues on how to effectively communicate with our target audience.
  • Act as a key liaison for PR and campaigns activity, managing reputational risk and ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Develop campaigns to tackle issues or support business programs, using best practices and industry frameworks.
  • Commission work and collaborate with colleagues to ensure integrated and effective communication across all channels.
  • Take an active part in planning meetings and commit to agreed plans and activities.
  • Manage external suppliers and agencies, providing written and verbal briefings for creative work.
  • Influence and improve standards of communication, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Undertake professional evaluation to develop best practices in communications.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in delivering PR and campaigns to achieve business outcomes for a large organization.
  • Experience working successfully with cross-discipline teams, able to commission and delegate work, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to think laterally and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Strong creative ability, with good basic design sense of printed and online communication.
  • Ability to represent the company with other organizations and agencies, and present or liaise with internal and external groups.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, use initiative, and meet competing deadlines, while giving attention to detail.
