As a Senior Trading Strategist, you will take charge of essential category insights for monthly commercial evaluations and provide feedback during pivotal trading discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulating, enhancing, and executing strategic activity plans Evaluating online trading metrics to identify and recommend actions that foster growth across vital digital indicators (traffic, click-through rates, conversion) - leveraging data to enhance operational efficiencies Optimizing the onsite conversion rates of links, products, and promotional campaigns Leading significant weekly and monthly trading discussions to ensure the customer journey aligns with category strategies and competitive landscape Compiling and overseeing the category trading calendar in collaboration with the Trading Manager, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and the execution of key initiatives Acting as a representative for the Trading Manager in departmental meetings, ensuring the brand's voice is effectively communicated Cultivating a deep understanding of primary competitors within the market, while proposing adaptations to strategies as necessary Analyzing sales performance, budget allocations, and evolving customer needs to recommend strategic adjustments Assisting in the development and execution of category strategies that align with the overarching business vision, managing the entire process Leading a team of marketing professionals to ensure timely delivery of all initiatives to industry-leading standards

About You:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Trading Strategist to join our energetic team. You will possess a strong strategic mindset combined with a passion for innovative solutions; you will not hesitate to challenge conventional thinking and explore creative avenues. Your analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities will be vital in executing effective category trading strategies.

You should have a proven history of establishing and nurturing robust working relationships with external strategic brand partners. Experience in leading a team within a high-energy environment is essential.
