As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging, social-first content that drives our marketing efforts and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation

  • Develop and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, including video editing and post-production.
  • Create content that is optimized for each platform's format and audience preferences.
  • Research content and social media trends, innovation, and competitor activity to maintain a relevant and current understanding.

Filming

  • Capture engaging footage using a smartphone and DSLR camera, with a focus on social media-friendly formats.
  • Film content for product launches, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all videos are visually compelling and align with Montirex LTD.'s brand aesthetics.

Editing

  • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring they are polished, engaging, and optimized for social media.
  • Add graphics, music, and effects to enhance the final product and capture audience attention.
  • Work efficiently to produce high-quality content within tight deadlines.

Platform-Specific Strategies

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop content strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Support influencer partnerships and product drops by creating promotional content.
  • Utilize TikTok Shop formats to create engaging shopping experiences.

Brand Representation

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media content. Uphold Montirex LTD.'s image and values in all produced content.
  • Actively engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty and interaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
  • Proficiency in filming with a smartphone and DSLR camera.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Shop.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and fashion is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, After Effects) is a bonus.
