Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a sense of community within our development.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all health and safety compliance is up to date and maintained.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents to report maintenance issues and coordinate contractor appointments and defect repairs.
- Conduct daily inspections of communal areas and corridors to ensure they are well-presented and appealing to prospective tenants.
- Organize minor works between tenancies to maintain a high level of presentation and quality.
- Complete check-in and check-out reports, determining deposit returns and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Work closely with the Resident Services Manager to ensure health and safety statutory requirements are met across the development.
- Respond to rental enquiries, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers as needed.
- Liaise with appointed letting agents during the initial let-up period as required.
- Process offers and complete all tenancy documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure up-to-date resident communication via various channels, including social media.
- Monitor CCTV when at reception and report any estate maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
- Record accidents and incidents, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Strong customer service ethic and background.
- Experience in Build to Rent (BTR) or Lettings is required.
- Positive, can-do attitude, with a common sense approach.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to think on their feet and make considered decisions.
- Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- IT literate and social media savvy.
- Experience in BTR would be an advantage.
5 days over 7 (40-hour week), with shifts varying from 8-4, 10-6, or weekends/bank holidays included.
Salary£28,325 plus discretionary 10% bonus.
