Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Payman Club. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Ensure that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and that their needs are met in the best possible way.
  • Security: Maintain the security of the building and guests, and actively detect and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Serve guests by any means of communication they require, and respond to their complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain updated records of bookings and payments in our Property Management System, and deal with special requests from guests.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance and repairs in individual rooms and common areas, and place supply orders when necessary.
  • Housekeeping: Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure basic housekeeping duties are provided, including cleaning and restocking rooms.

  • Competencies: Listening skills, communication, proactivity, attention to detail, enthusiasm, organization and planning, sense of humour, and friendly manner.
