Our client is looking for an experienced **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for all stakeholders both in person and over the phone. If you enjoy liaising with people face to face, as well as providing front of house administrative support then this varied role could be perfect for you The receptionist will also have the exciting opportunity to support the wider business with administrative tasks.

**Duties & Responsibilities of the Receptionist**:
- Greet and welcome all guests, customers, and visitors to the business.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls to the correct person, taking clear messages when necessary.
- Update calendars and schedule bookings for staff in meeting rooms.
- Arranging accommodation, transport, and evening meals for overseas visitors from other sites
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (for example, monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor badges)
- Produce and send out sample packs and letters to customers as requested.
- Ensure all stationery and material stock levels maintained.
- Organise lunches for corporate meetings.
- Organise events, such as the staff Christmas party.
- Provide additional administration support for other departments such as Account Management, Sales, HR and the MD.
- Ensure that the reception area & meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, keeping the material samples tidy, filed, and ensure there are adequate stock levels.
**What you will need to succeed as Receptionist**:
- Previous experience in a reception / customer services role is essential.
- Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- A professional who can multi-task, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
- High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and an eye for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Hands on experience with office equipment such as a franking machine, printer, and laminator
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
