**Administrator**
The **Administrator** is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. This position will manage the office operations, including receptionist duties, and other administrative duties as needed. The Administrator will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day office operations. This position reports to the Office Manager.
**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Greet all visitors and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and orderly office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take messages.
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Schedule new business for clients.
- Schedule new business for existing clients.
- Manage client information in our database, including updating client information when necessary.
- Assist with bookkeeping and other financial tasks as needed.
- Maintain contact lists and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Assist with marketing efforts as needed (e.g., social media, newsletters).
- Maintain Distribution Hygiene Services Limited’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Other duties as assigned.
**Education & Experience**:
- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a professional office environment preferred but not required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
**Salary**: From £1,000.00 per month
