My client near Royston are looking for an Administrator to join their very busy team. This position could lead to a Project Client Delivery Officer or continue as an Administrator.
You will be required to work for their unique client to help with supporting overall projects and working closely with the business to ensure process and procedures for delivery are maintained.
Administrator Duties will include;
- Setting up investigation cases
- Monitoring of current investigations and alerting practitioners, clients and the business to over/under delivery
- Closing off projects, collecting feedback from practitioners and contract team leaders
- Management of security clearance with contracted client
- Liaising with Finance at set-up, and close-down
- Checking and signing off invoices against timesheets
- Meeting or exceeding the Quality Delivery Plan standards, and contributing to the review of these standards at regular intervals
- Production of investigation contract performance data for account management reporting
- Attend client reviews where necessary
- Data entry including collating client and practitioner feedback and ensuring compliance with data security policies.
- Complying to company policies and procedures
- Undertake any other duties necessary to this post as reasonably delegated by the Client Delivery Services Lead, Head of Operations or Managing Director
What you will need as an Administrator;
- Previous experience of administration, business to business service delivery
- Experience of using CRM databases
- Excellent verbal written and communication skills and use of Microsoft Office
- Good eye for detail with a confident and positive manner.
