**ProAmpac Security Products Ltd is continuing to expand and are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.**

**Office Administrator**

**09:00AM-17:00PM MONDAY-FRIDAY**

As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with Finance administration and Sales/ Customer services administration
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is organised
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in computerised systems and office software
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Quarterly bonus
