**The Role**
We are expanding our Administration Team
The role will include working as part of our office team, you will undertake a number of general administration duties and you will also be the first point of contact for our Clients and Engineers.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with all calls in a professional manner.
- Logging of Service Jobs.
- Planning engineers diaries for the following days and weeks.
- Booking out parts for engineers to install.
- Booking appointments with tenants, housing managers and clients.
- Ensuring that clients are updated with their jobs.
Administration experience is essential, however full training on our systems will be provided.

We are based outside of Royston, in our large Fabrication factory where we design and manufacture gates, doors, railings, along with our security division office. We install and maintain door entry/access control systems, automated doors/gates and smart 4G systems.
Our office is based in a rural location, so having your own vehicle or transportation is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
