Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:

Kronospan is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our new trading operation in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong and reliable distribution network, hiring and developing a competent team, and overseeing supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong and reliable distribution network
  • Hire and develop a competent team
  • Oversee supply chain execution
  • Lead strategic planning, sales, and logistics/distribution processes
  • Accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, 3rd party logistics partner performance, and supply chain issue resolution

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully developing a large-scale distribution network within the Australian market. They must have extensive commercial sales experience and strong leadership capabilities. Experience of working with the wood-panel industry would be highly advantageous.
